Watch the annual meeting online!
CIRI shareholders are invited to view a live webcast of the annual meeting. Register to watch the meeting and receive your personal log on name and password at ciri.com/webcast.
Fill out the registration form, and enter your confidential six-digit sequence number (including all of the zeros) that is printed above your name and address on your CIRI proxy. CIRI’s Web provider will e-mail you the information that you need to log on to watch the annual meeting.
You may register at any time prior to logging on to watch the meeting. Online meeting participants will be able to watch and listen to the meeting only. Shareholders must be physically present to ask questions, vote or otherwise participate in the meeting.
