The CIRI Board of Directors at its Feb. 20 meeting extended Margie Brown’s employment contract as CIRI president and chief executive officer for an additional two years. Her current contract would have expired at the end of 2009.
Brown became president and chief executive officer on Jan. 1, 2005. Her responsibilities include overseeing and directing the company’s business operations and activities while developing corporate policies, long-range strategies and annual operating and profit plans.
