CIRI shareholder Marcia Strickland, Aleut, welcomes granddaughter Delilah Rose Strickland to the family. Delilah Rose was born Aug. 25 weighing 8 pounds, 3 ouces. Delilah is the great-granddaughter of the late CIRI shareholder Rose Marie Moore.
