CIRI received some stunning entries in connection with the 2017 CIRI Calendar Photo Contest, “CIRI Perspectives.” The photos exemplify the diverse lifestyles, cultures and places that define our people. A cross-department selection committee chose the following photos for the calendar cover and each of the 12 months of the year – no easy task given the number of beautiful submissions. CIRI extends its sincere appreciation to all of the shareholders, descendants and employees who participated in the contest.

Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) is one of 12 regional corporations established in Alaska by the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. CIRI is owned by nearly 9,500 Shareholders, primarily of Athabascan, Southeast Indian, Inupiat, Yup’ik, Alutiiq/Sugpiaq and Aleut/Unangax descent.
