Meeting Space Available for Rent
With more than 2,000 square feet of customizable meeting space, the Fireweed Conference Center offers the finest in modern technology, spatial comfort and flexible design, and may be rented for a variety of uses.
The Conference Center is located on the first floor of the Fireweed Business Center, CIRI’s corporate headquarters in midtown Anchorage. The space can be utilized as one large room or divided into smaller meeting spaces. All rooms are equipped with high-definition video monitors and an integrated audio system. A full catering kitchen is available for use.
More than 50 individuals toured the Conference Center at a special corporate mixer, held March 23 to introduce the space to members of the business community. Attendees enjoyed light refreshments, a photo booth and goodie bags to take home.
“There are plenty of meeting spaces in Anchorage but the Fireweed Conference Center is truly a cut above the rest,” said Rinah Santos, CIRI’s business events planner, who planned and hosted the event. “No. 1 is flexibility. We have a beautiful, state-of-the-art meeting space that can be customized four different ways, depending on the size of the group. We rent by the hour, half day or full day, with discounts available for nonprofit organizations. And our supported kitchen’s open catering and liquor policy means renters can self-cater or use the caterer of their choice.”
