In Touch: Junior NYO Winner

CIRI Shareholder Donna Phillips is pleased to share that her grandson, Taotasi Filoi of Spring Hill Elementary in Anchorage, received first place in the arm-pull competition at 2024 Junior Native Youth Olympics. Taotasi is the son of Rachel and Joe, the grandson of the late Henry Bartels Sr. and the great-grandson of Clara Chuitt.
