Congratulations to Ihupani Juliussen, who graduated May 13 from Kenai Central High School in Kenai, Alaska. Ihupani is the son of CIRI Shareholder Scott Juliussen and the late Donna Halican, as well as the grandson of late CIRI Shareholders Bonnie and Eugene Juliussen.
