The CIRI Foundation (TCF) congratulates all those who applied by the summer scholarship deadline (June 30)! TCF is proud to share that more than 530 individuals created eligibility accounts in the new scholarship portal, and the foundation awarded 15 competitive scholarships totaling $65,000. This year, TCF also granted 315 higher education scholarships amounting to $1.6 million and awarded nearly $100,000 in scholarships to 28 students pursuing career technical education (CTE).
TCF is excited to announce its board has increased CTE scholarship funding to $9,000 per calendar year. To simplify the application process, applicants are no longer required to submit an acceptance letter (though TCF may still request one for verification purposes). Don’t forget: CTE scholarship applications are accepted year-round!
The next academic scholarship application window closes Dec. 31. TCF recommends applying early to avoid delays as submission volume increases closer to the deadline. Applicants must establish eligibility by Dec. 15 to meet the Dec. 31 application deadline.
