Householding CIRI Annual Meeting Materials

To enhance CIRI’s GreenLink initiative and reduce our carbon footprint, common Shareholder households will receive only one copy of the CIRI Annual Report, Voter’s Guide & Proxy Statement, and other printed Annual Meeting materials. Each Shareholder will still receive an individual Proxy. Annual Meeting materials will be available to all Shareholders in the Qenek portal. If you would like to receive your own printed copy of CIRI’s Annual Meeting materials, please notify the Shareholder Relations department. Individual copies will be sent with the initial mailing or within 30 days of the request.
