CIRI descendant Samantha (Phelps) and Todd Bonter are proud to announce the arrival of Tucker William Bonter. Tucker was born May 13 in Traverse City, Mich. He joins big sister Danica Jean. He is the grandson of the late Jean McCann Davis, William Phelps of Anchorage, and Sharon Bonter of Traverse City. His uncle is Williams Phelps Jr. of Anchorage.
