CIRI shareholder Jessie Chandler, of Fairbanks, is proud to announce the birth of her daughter, Ayla Bryanne Chandler, who was born at 5:33 p.m. on June 7 weighing 7 pounds. Her grandparents are Carleton Towne Jr. of North Pole and Carol Towne of Anchorage. Her great-grandparents are Carleton Towne Sr. of North Pole and the late Shirley Maxine Towne.
