CIRI shareholder Keri Bartlett proudly announces the birth of her granddaughter, Ruby Mae. She is the daughter of CIRI descendant Jussi Ann Phenis and her husband, Alan. Ruby Mae is the great granddaughter of CIRI shareholder and retired CIRI director Jerry Brown and his wife, Martha. Ruby Mae was born Aug. 4 at 4:06 a.m. in Everett, Wash., and weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 19 inches long.
