CIRI shareholder Melanie Munson, recipient of two scholarships from The CIRI Foundation and Cook Inlet Tribal Council, graduated from Alaska Career College on October 27 with an Associate degree in Applied Science in Business Administration and Accounting Technology. She achieved an overall GPA of 3.57 and was named to the President’s Honor Roll. Melanie is the daughter of original CIRI shareholders David Munson of Birchwood, Alaska, and Helen Stephan of Montana Creek, Alaska. Melanie is the first in her family to earn a college degree, and her family is very proud. Congratulations, Melanie!
