Cheryl L. Mulcahey grew up in Alaska and now resides in Pennsylvania where she serves as senior director of internal audit and SOX at Porch Group and previously as senior director, internal audit for Nasdaq, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information science from Cabrini University. Her areas of professional expertise include compliance and controls, financial reporting, risk management and technology. Mulcahey’s daughter, Madeline, is a former CIRI intern (2023) and Participation Committee youth representative (2017-2018). Cheryl has served on the CIRI Board since 2023.
