Michael R. Boling is an attorney and partner of the Law Office of Boling Tejeda, PLLC in Plano, Texas. He has served on the CIRI Board since 1998 and is a former CIRI Shareholder Participation Committee member. Boling serves as chair of the Board of Commissioners and is on the Finance, Audit and Investment committee of Cook Inlet Housing Authority and as director and chair of the boards of Cook Inlet Housing Development Corp., Cook Inlet Lending Center Inc., Cook Inlet Real Estate Services Inc. and Ne’vut Development Corp.
