Rhonda Oliver
Vice President, Corporate Controller
As CIRI’s vice president, corporate controller, Rhonda Oliver leads the Company’s Shareholder relations and accounting departments. Rhonda oversees and ensures high-quality Shareholder customer service, communication and engagement with individual Shareholders. She is also responsible for the design, implementation and supervision of all accounting systems, financial reporting, financial controls, budgeting and treasury functions.
An Ahtna Incorporated Shareholder of Athabascan descent, Rhonda became controller in February 2010 and was promoted to vice president, corporate controller, in 2018. Before starting at CIRI in 1999 as director of accounting, she worked at Deloitte & Touche, a national accounting firm. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a certified public accountant (CPA). In May 2014, she completed the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program at Alaska Pacific University. Rhonda is a member of the Alaska Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
She serves on the board for the University of Alaska Foundation and on the audit committee for Special Olympics Alaska.
