“Honoring our Past by Celebrating our Future”
The Native Village of Eklutna will hold its 2018 Powwow/Potlatch on Saturday, July 28, and Sunday, July 29, at the Native Village of Eklutna, Mile 26.5 on the Glenn Highway. The powwow is an opportunity for the community to interact with the Eklutna Village and its Athabascan traditions, ceremonies, artists, musicians and dance groups.
Please bring a dish to share and your own chair(s). This is a drug and alcohol-free event. Weapons are prohibited. No dogs or other animals allowed.
The powwow is open to the public; all are welcome. Cost is $5 per vehicle and $5 per person; children under 6 years of age are free.
