Life can present unexpected challenges — some we navigate with grace while others turn our lives upside down. Rebecca Young is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with more than 12 years\’ experience in behavioral health. She is passionate about working with people interested in regaining a sense of balance and clarity in life through counseling, and works with children, adolescents and adults in the areas of relationship stress, death of loved ones, trauma and coping with the unexpected. Rebecca is of Inupiaq and Cuban descent and hails from Anchorage. She understands the complexity of navigating Alaska Native identify in an urban environment. She has three children and enjoys subsistence activities.
