Strengthen your connection with Alaska Native culture and heritage, network, form lasting relationships and accelerate your personal and professional advancement—CIRI’s virtual mentoring program cultivates a reciprocal relationship between mentor and mentee, where each participant develops his/her skills through a two-way transfer of experience and perspective.
A two-fold application process helps ensure strong pairings, with mentors selected first. Prospective mentees will have a chance to view mentors on the CIRI website and indicate their preferred pairing(s) on their application.
The mentee application deadline is Friday, Sept. 27. The opportunity is open to CIRI Shareholders and confirmed Descendants ages 18+.
