Beginning in August, Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is offering cooking classes every Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Anchorage at the SCF Health Education and Wellness Center located at 4201 Tudor Centre Drive.
The classes will feature special guest chefs from all over Alaska and offer information and topics from quick and healthy meal ideas to Alaskan food traditions, recipes for weight management and more.
