Between Dec. 28 and Jan. 15, Christmas trees can be dropped off in designated areas at the following locations:
*All Anchorage Carrs stores
*Eagle River Carrs
*Palmer Carrs
*Mat-Su Borough Central Landfill
Trees should be free of all decorations. No wreaths will be accepted, and they ask that you do not leave plastic bags or tree stands.
Anchorage Boy Scout Troop 268 will pick up trees (in Anchorage only) for a small donation. Call 868-8899.
