In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, CIRI offices will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019, through Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020. They will reopen at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2.
During the closure, shareholders may continue to access the portal at https://qenek.ciri.com to perform a variety of record changes, produce payment confirmation reports and find the answers to many frequently asked questions.
