CIRI Land Development Co. sold its 50-percent share of the Hyatt Place San Antonio – North/Stone Oak to Sonterra Investors LLC, its original investment partner due to less than anticipated returns. The Hyatt Place is located on a 22.5-acre parcel of federal surplus land in north San Antonio that CIRI acquired in the Cook Inlet Land Exchange.
