CIRI’s Shareholder Relations Department will experience limited hours of operation in the coming months as the department works to improve its computer capabilities, and will be closed on some days between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (Alaska Time). The answers to many routine questions may be found on the CIRI website at ciri.com, and the most frequently used forms are also available online. Many answers are also available on the Shareholder Relations phone tree, which can be accessed by dialing (907) 263-5191 in Anchorage or toll-free outside of Anchorage by dialing 1-800-764-2474. If you prefer to speak to a Shareholder Relations representative, you will be able to leave a message and your call will be returned once the department reopens. Your cooperation and patience during this time is greatly appreciated.
