Congratulations to Pacific Tower Properties Maintenance Technician Saundra Volkheimer and Ben Bartley on the arrival of their baby girl, Shyann Kennedy Bartley. She was born Wednesday morning at 12:18 a.m. weighing 10 pounds 12 ounces and is 21-3/4 inches long.
