Cruz Construction, Specialized Transport and Yukon Title are all new tenants to the building.
Additionally, in 2015, CIRI upgraded the restrooms and common areas in the building that had not been previously renovated as part of its long-term investment strategy to maintain this asset as a Class A income-producing property.
The building is currently 75-percent leased and continues to show as a premier property in midtown Anchorage.
