In June 2012, the CIRI Board of Directors implemented a policy to freeze existing share fractions to ensure share fractions will not be further divided and single shares will not be split. CIRI asked shareholders to consider whether the fractional share policy would impact their existing stock will and, if so, to submit an updated will. As incentive, in addition to the existing $200 monthly prize drawings, CIRI offered four special cash prize drawings for those shareholders who had a valid will on file by November 12, 2012.
In 2013, the incentives continue! Along with the $200 monthly prize drawings, there will be four special quarterly drawings in 2013 for an Apple iPad 3. Drawings will be conducted for the quarters ending March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. Each of the four prize winners will receive an Apple iPad 3 with:
- 32 GB of storage
- 9.7-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit Multi-Touch display with IPS technology
- Wi-Fi enabled
- Front and back cameras
- Bluetooth 4.0 wireless technology
- 2048-by-1536 resolution at 264 pixels per inch (ppi)
To be eligible for the $200 monthly prize drawings and the quarterly iPad drawings, you must have a valid will on file and your will must comply with CIRI’s fractional share policy.
