2022 Information Meeting
Join us for the 2022 CIRI Information Meeting! Topics will include 2021 financial information, a business update and economic forecast, Board candidate speeches and a Q&A segment. The meeting will be pre-recorded and available in the Qenek portal in May.
2022 Annual Meeting
The 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held via livestream at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 4. The meeting will include an overview of 2021 operations and results, celebrating 50 years of CIRI, Shareholder prize drawings and more. To participate in the webcast, Shareholders must register via Qenek or at ciri.com/rsvp.
As the Annual Meeting will be held via livestream, voting in the election of Directors will only be by proxy. Shareholders may vote online at vote.ciri.com or by completing and returning a paper proxy.

2022 Annual Meeting eVote and Early Bird Prizes
All proxies must be received by 2 p.m. AKDT on Wednesday, May 25. Shareholders whose valid proxies (for any proxyholder or candidate) are received by the Inspector of Election or the CIRI Secretary by 5 p.m. AKDT on the deadline date for a particular drawing will be eligible for that drawing and all subsequent drawings. Shareholders are only eligible to win one eVote prize and one Early Bird Prize. Winners will be notified by CIRI and their names published in the newsletter and on CIRI’s website.
