New CIRI Stock Will

Complete CIRI’s newly designed Stock Will form and you may win one of five $1,000 special prizes!

CIRI urges shareholders to update their wills if someone named in the will dies. Wills that are not current can result in complicated and delayed estate settlements. Because of this, a newly designed CIRI Stock Will form, which includes an alternate beneficiary clause, will be mailed to shareholders in September. The alternate beneficiary clause allows shareholders to specify the person(s) or entity(ies) to inherit the CIRI stock in the event a primary beneficiary dies before the shareholder.

CIRI is offering five $1,000 special prizes to encourage shareholders to update their wills using the new form. To be eligible for these special prize drawings, simply:

1. Complete a valid will on the new form that complies with CIRI’s fractional share policy.
2. Submit the new will to CIRI so that it is received by Shareholder Relations no later than Nov. 16, 2018.
3. Ensure your CIRI mailing address is current.

If you don’t submit an updated valid will on the new form by the deadline, you remain eligible for the $200 monthly prize drawings and the quarterly iPad drawings, provided the requirements for those drawings are met.
