Attendance is limited to CIRI shareholders and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children and/or stock custodian). Shareholders must check in with their guests and must present identification.
Child care is available upon request.
CIRI shareholders are invited to display and sell their arts and crafts. A limited number of tables is available at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. E-mail Justina Meyer at CIRI at info@ciri.com to reserve a table.

Live Webcast
Can’t attend the annual meeting? Watch the annual meeting on your computer via CIRI’s live Webcast. Webcast viewers will be able to watch and listen to the meeting only. Shareholders must be physically present to ask questions, vote or otherwise participate in the meeting.
To register for the Webcast, go to ciri.com/annualmeeting. You must enter the six-digit sequence number (including all the zeros) that is printed in the upper right hand corner of your CIRI proxy to register for the Webcast. Your login information for the Webcast will be e-mailed to you by CIRI’s Web provider. Shareholders may register any time prior to logging on to watch the meeting.
