Shareholder Participation Committee questionnaire results
CIRI shareholders interested in serving on a Shareholder Participation Committee (SPC) were asked to fill out and correctly answer a questionnaire consisting of the three questions below. Of the 152 shareholders that filled out the questionnaire, 61 percent correctly answered the questions.
