2020 Information Meetings
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and in the interest of everyone’s health and safety, CIRI cancelled its in-person 2020 spring Information Meetings. In lieu of in-person meetings, the Company will produce an Information Meeting video address that will include 2019 financial information, a business/economic forecast, Board candidate speeches and a question-and-answer session. Once the Information Meeting video is complete, shareholders will be notified and the video may be accessed through the Qenek shareholder portal.
2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
The 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held via a virtual meeting webcast beginning at 10 a.m. AKDT on Saturday, June 6. The meeting will include an overview of 2019 operations and results, an update on 2020 and information on how CIRI is charting its course during these challenging times. Shareholder questions may be submitted to board@ciri.com prior to May 27. These questions will be compiled and answered during the meeting.

- Once your registration is processed, you will receive secure login information.
- Access the virtual meeting webcast at ciri.com/annual-meeting-webcast.

Please note that as the Annual Meeting will be held via webcast, there will be no in-person voting this year. The only way shareholders may vote in the election of Directors is online or by completing and returning a paper proxy.

CIRI implemented a telework policy in mid-March, and at this time, the Fireweed Business Center remains closed to staff, shareholders and visitors. The Company is nonetheless fully operational, and the Shareholder Relations department continues to serve as the point of contact for shareholders. CIRI’s shareholder portal, Qenek, is a free online resource available 24/7 that provides shareholders easy access to a wealth of information and allows them to make certain record changes online.
